Are you willing to pay a $350 donation for your dog? (Or whatever donation is specified on the websites.) The donation fee is not paying for the dog, but helps in meeting some of the cost and care the animal has received.

Would you be willing to pay for or arrange transportation if a suitable dog is available in another area?

Are you willing to wait for the right dog that fits you and your family?

Are you amenable to a home visit being conducted? A home visit is not looking at your home, how it is kept or what you have, but it is making sure that your home will be a good environment for the animal.
